Today marked the start of Balloon Fiesta and it is customary for elementary schools across the city to launch hot air balloons from their fields or parking lots. Karen came into town to visit Cassie and Beto, so we took them along with us to see the balloons. Unfortunately, it was a rare cloudy, rainy morning and they ended up canceling. We snapped a picture and helped drink the hot chocolate they were hoping to sell, then went back home and waited an hour for school to start.
