Matthew worked from home on Monday. I cleaned the master bedroom, did laundry, and blogged. Riker came to play for a couple hours and after the kids were in bed I rode on the trainer.
I rode the trainer Tuesday morning, then cleaned and organized Mercy's room, the sewing room, the linen closet, and the loft. The boys had swimming lessons that evening.
I had planned on dropping Mercy off at the Jolley's on Wednesday morning so I could go grocery shopping, but Abraham woke up sick. He had a fever, headache, and upset stomach. Matthew was able to work from home again so I could run my errands. I went to four stores and stocked up for our guests. Matthew went to the Temple in the evening to help with youth baptisms, Daniel Jensen got Hyrum to and from cub scouts, and I cleaned the downstairs and tended to Abraham.
Abraham still felt warm and out of sorts on Thursday, so I kept him home again. He took a nap and by lunch time seemed much improved. I suppose I could have taken him into school for the afternoon, but he was keeping Mercy entertained so I let the two of them play while I finished my jobs. In the morning I worked on meal prep for the upcoming several days, then cleaned the kitchen and bathrooms and finished getting the guest rooms ready. Matthew's parents and Sarah arrived just minutes before we were due to leave for the last day of swimming lessons, so they quickly stretched their legs then followed us to the pool. Hyrum got nearly full marks, but his teacher said he should still probably repeat the level. Abraham only passed about half the skills and definitely needs to have another go at pod 2. We had soup and rolls for supper, finished up Hyrum's Charlotte's Web diorama, then after the kids were in bed the adults played the Warewolf game until 10:00 pm.
