Our sweet Abraham turned five years old today.
Dad went into work a little late so he could see his boy in the morning. Abraham had a few bites of oatmeal with sprinkles, then got down to the serious business of opening his presents. He got a new pair of shoes and a duplo Lego set from us, and Grandma and Grandpa Kress gave him some tractors and the game Chutes and Ladders. He and Mercy had lots of fun playing before school.
We played games in the afternoon, then while I made dinner all the kids curled up with blankets on the couch to watch a show.
For his birthday meal Abraham requested Ramen noodles and Waffles.
Abraham is such a loving, imaginative, rambunctious, silly guy. We love him so much and are so glad he's part of our happy family.
