One of my Mama friends suggested we meet at our favorite little free zoo, since they had not yet been this season. We hadn't been yet either, so we were all very excited. We invited another friend, packed picnic lunches and made a morning of it.
Melissa and I got there about the same time, but Julia didn't make it until we had already made our way through most of the park. Hyrum and Andrew did preschool together this year, and when you throw in their younger brothers, these four make a fine group of little boys.
We didn't end up playing in the water much this time, but the kids had lots of fun exploring with their friends and climbing on things they'd not taken much notice of before.
