Matthew and the boys got home mid-afternoon from what turned out to be a fantastic activity. Matthew said lots of fathers and sons went and brought dirt bikes and throwing knives and hammocks and great camping attitudes. He was really pleased with the turnout and said everyone had a great time. Becky was worried about having Daniel two hours away and without cell service so close to her due date, so Matthew took Spencer along with them. The boys seemed to have had a good time. As part of the Stake YM presidency, Matthew helped cook breakfast for everyone in the morning. All in all, he was very pleased with everything.
While the boys were gone, Mercy and I continued our girls weekend. We started it off by attending Haley’s baptism, then spent a couple hours at Explora. Though I’m very glad Mercy has siblings, it’s always nice to spend some time one on one.
