The Wrestling Blanket

When I was a missionary in Miami, my favorite companion, Hermana Gephart, and I found this wrestling blanket as we were cleaning out an apartment that used to house Elders. It became something of an inside joke to us, and when she finished her mission, she sent it to me. It usually lives in the back of the van and is used for spur of the moment picnics or to wrap around things in transport. Today the boys pulled it out and both curled up under it for a little afternoon nap on the front porch. It's always a little surreal to me when two totally different seasons of my life collide.
