June with the Johnson's: Part 1

June with the Johnson's: Part 1 - Indiana

My parents and sister arrived in West Lafayette around lunch time on Thursday, June 6, and stayed with us for 4.5 days. We mostly hung around the house, lounging on the hammock and driving around the battery operated Cat dump truck they brought for the boys. We did spend a day across the river shopping, which resulted in a hitch adapter for the van, some clothes, and new shoes for all the adults.

Side note: Sunshine Bear was one of my faithful companions as a child and it has been fun watching my youngest boy adopt him as one of his favorites. Abraham more often than not calls the toy his America Shield and runs around with an arm through one of Sunshine Bear's suspenders ridding the house of bad guys.
