Summer Picnic

My parents and Grandpa were in town, lots of fireworks were purchased, and the weather was lovely, so we decided to celebrate the summer with a picnic. We invited several neighbors and the missionaries were in the area and stopped by to use our bathroom, so we invited them too. Neither of our next door neighbors were able to make it for the food, but came out later to enjoy the fireworks. We had hamburgers and grilled chicken, chips, fruit, veggies, juice, soda... it was a real feast! The pool and hammock were set up and I think everyone had a great time. We did a few little firecrackers for the kids while it was still light, then once it got dark the older Davis girls and their dad came back for the big show. Matthew had a ton of fun setting everything up and he put on a really great show.
