Today was our end of school party day. We spent the morning out at the property shooting, which was lots of fun. Cassie and Lucas joined us, which made it even better!
We all shot the .22 and then everyone but Mercy took a shot with Hyrum's rifle.
We saw a long, pinkish snake which was exciting. Matthew went after it with the .22 and tricked us by bringing back a similarly shaped piece of rubber. He said the snake was way too fast for him to shoot.
The kids wanted to play computer games in the afternoon, so we let them do their thing while Matthew and I went to Tractor Supply, Petsmart, Walmart, and Home Depot in search of puppy supplies and some tomato cages.
When we got home, we finished planting the last of the tomatoes. The kids then helped us plant our bell pepper starts, as well as carrot, swiss chard, and radish seeds.
