We've been hard at work over the past week to get organized. Matthew was able to take a day off of work and spent the long weekend finishing up the outside of the shed. The back where some wood storage is going isn't done, nor is the inside, so we can't move camping stuff out of the under the stairs closet yet, but we are one step closer to being done with the shed as a whole.
We've been working hard inside as well. Naomi is coming to stay for two weeks, so we needed to shuffle rooms around. We moved all the food storage out of Abraham's room into the master bedroom (when the shed is done, it will go in the closet under the stairs), then moved Hyrum into Abraham's room. Hyrum's room was converted into a guest room. I also cleaned up and rearranged the sewing room to better accommodate the cutting and assembly of wedding announcements. We did a bit of cleaning up in the master closet and Matthew sorted through and put away several of his hobbies that had started taking over our bedroom. Lastly, we finally built a Nerf wall to get all the guns and swords under control. It feels great to have at least a couple areas of the house neat and efficient.
