Youth Fundraiser Auction

This evening was the youth fundraiser at church to help raise money to send the young men and young women to their camps this summer. Along with a breakfast dinner, there was a bake sale and auction. Matthew and I contributed a few things to sell.

3D printed Lithophane of the Albuquerque temple with a base made of African Mahogany finished in a hand rubbed lacquer.

Paper light box- remote controlled lights behind an 8 layer paper scene with a custom frame made of air dried cherry featuring protruding finger joints.

Crib size rag quilt
Dark chocolate Oreo truffles

There wasn't a great turnout, so they auctioned off the perishable items and are going to have an ice cream social and silent auction for all the other items in a few weeks. I moved one of my boxes of chocolates over to the bake sale where the truffles were sold individually. The other two boxes were auctioned off and earned $45 and $55.
