Riker came over to play today. When I went out to bring them their lunch Mercy explained that she was the princess cowboy and Riker was her servant cowboy and his job was to get her things. Riker enthusiastically affirmed their roles. Later on Mercy watched Riker play Wii Sports and cheered him on admiringly. They are a very evenly yoked pair of friends. They also established that they can get married when they're older because he's a boy and she's a girl.
The Walz' invited us to join them for family night this evening. The original plan was to meet at the park, but it was super windy so we all agreed it would be more pleasant for them to just come here.
