This is not quite a quarter mile from the Stormcloud intersection. The cleared land here is for the second phase of the Mirehaven neighborhood. The Jolley's, Jensen's, and Householder's are moving into houses in the part of the development on the right had side of the picture where some houses are already built. On the other side of Mirehaven, about a mile from our intersection they are building a large development for active seniors with a community center and lot's of walking paths. Across the street from that they've started breaking land for another neighborhood of slightly less expensive houses.

We think this is where the high school will go.

There's a really nice stadium here where county high schools compete.

They've broken ground for several baseball fields to be built to the right of the fence. The land from the fence South to the Freeway is zoned for commercial use. I'm crossing my fingers that we get a Sprouts and maybe a Smith's.
