Mercy has become absolutely adamant that her hair be left alone. She refuses to keep a braid or ponytail or headband or hair clip in for more than two or three minutes, then screams and cries when I have to comb through the resulting tangled mess. I'd had my fill of hair related tantrums, so today I chopped about four inches off. If she insists on keeping it down, the least I can do is cut down on the amount that can tie itself in knots.
I had to bribe her with candy to keep the bow in long enough to snap a few after pictures. This girl can certainly drive me crazy, but she sure is darling while doing it.
