It has been weeks since we've all been well. First we cycled through a flu like sickness that included fevers, aches, vomiting, and general exhaustion. That one's course seemed to last about 4 -5 days. Then Matthew and I each got an intense stomach affliction that involved incapacitating gut pain and diarrhea. Mercy, thankfully, seems to have at least escaped the intensity of illness that has wreaked havoc on the rest of us. She has had some congestion that's lead to a persistent cough, but otherwise nothing too much worse than grumpiness due to being cooped up in the house for weeks.

Nov. 1: Hyrum home sick (quick get to know you with Gabriel, evening visiting teaching)
Nov. 2: Abraham home sick (tend Gabriel)
Nov. 3: Hyrum and Abraham home sick, Mom sick, Dad home early sick
Nov. 4: Hyrum and Abraham home sick, Dad home sick (tend Gabriel)
Nov. 5: Dad up all night sick after D&D
Nov. 6: Dad home from church sick
Nov. 7: Dad home early sick (Abraham field trip to the zoo, tend Penny)
Nov. 8: Dad and Mom sick (no school for election day)
Nov. 9: Dad home early sick (Mercy play date at Jensen's, Hannah and girls plus Shaw kids over in the afternoon)
Nov. 10: Dad home sick (Mom stake training, Dad book club)
Nov. 11: Mom sick (Matthew's day off, no school for Veterans day)
