We had a Family Night lesson about the importance of being quick to obey. Apparently Abraham needed an object lesson to internalize the concept. We had told the kids to go get in bed, but he was mucking around on the stairs when Matthew announced that he was coming up. In a panic Abraham turned the corner and smacked his head hard on the edge of the banister, giving himself an impressive goose egg. He then got to spend some quality time in the hammock with his Dad holding an ice pack on his forehead.
