Last night we went to Pack Meeting. It was the second annual paper airplane competition and everyone got really into it and had a good time. Mercy, as always, immediately attached herself to her very favorite big girl friend Bailey and had as good a time as any of the boys.
Jeb and Cora came over this evening after dinner to help shovel. I've been working on the pile a bit each day, but have barely made a dent compared to the progress the two men were able to make in just two hours. We only had two wheelbarrows, so I pulled weeds in the front yard while the kids "helped" the Daddies shovel rock. Hannah dropped Luci off after her dance class and we finished the evening with juicy slices of watermelon.
