On Wednesday I hosted and did the review for our book club. We read My Name is Resolute and I really enjoyed the book and preparing the discussion. My fruit pizza cookies didn't turn out as great as I had hoped, but they were fine.
Today was Matthew's day off and despite being so tired, he spent most of the day working on the border for the play set. It was a warm afternoon and Hyrum had stayed home sick, so on our way home from school Abraham and I picked up ice cream cones for everyone. We ate them in the back yard and it was a fun way to ring in the weekend. This evening I attended the baptism of one of our primary kids, which is always a great experience.
