I don't know where this month went. It absolutely flew by. Matthew spent the first half of the month working tons of over time, then took some much needed time off during the second part of the month. We went on a date just the two of us, then have spent some very nice hours together (with Mercy in tow) on Friday's while Abraham is in school. It's been good for us. This was the first month since I moved here that I was able to one way or another visit every sister on my visiting teaching route. That was a triumph indeed. I was also blessed to attend the baptism of two great members of our primary, and go with the missionaries to teach another. There was also the big ward dinner and talent show that went about as well as I had hoped. Matthew started playing Dungeons and Dragons with some guys from the ward. He's had a lot of fun creating his character and painting miniature guys. The kids are growing and doing well. Hyrum had back to school night, works hard to get his homework done at the beginning of each week so he can have his screen time, and his reading has really improved. Abraham gave a talk in primary, continues to be energetic about preschool, and is as imaginative as ever. Mercy has done well using the toilet, changes her clothes and hair bows several times a day, and loves playing with her moose and baby dolls. We are indeed a happy family.
Skyping with Grandma and Grandpa before bed.
