Matthew spent most of the month finishing up his research and writing his dissertation. He's also spent plenty of time baking and making pizza. It's been so fun having him around more. It will be a shock to all of us when he gets a real job and isn't around nearly as much.
Hyrum has been a lot of fun to be around this month. He gets so excited about celebrations, and we have plenty of them in December. He's really gotten into writing and making words lately, and likes playing math games on his phone.
Poor Abraham has spent the majority of the month sick and sleepy. He's our illness prone child... if there's a bug around to catch, he'll catch it. He gets super cuddly when he's not feeling well though, so we've had lots of opportunities to snuggle. He seems to have had a really good time down in Tell City because he brings it up at least once a day and frequently asks to go back to Great Grandpa's.
Mercy has also spent her fair share of time under the weather, and has been a little less smiley than usual. Regardless of her sniffles, she's become super mobile this month and really loves her new found freedom to explore the house. I can only imagine how interesting the world must appear from a height of 2 feet.
I don't have any awkward candid shots of me, mostly because I'm always the one behind the camera. This month has kept me plenty busy and I'm grateful I've stayed relatively healthy. In fact, I feel better than I have in years. I'm so grateful for my body and the energy I have to get things done.
