Matthew visited the Sage and Rio Grande wards on Sunday morning, then he and I went down to the Stake Center in the evening to observe the first mission prep/life skills class that the stake is offering to high school juniors and seniors. The kids had school off on Monday. Mercy ran errands with me in the morning, after lunch Hyrum went with me to help an elderly sister in the ward with some housework, then in the later afternoon I took the boys to play a dodgeball type game with the Walkers and some kids from another stake. In the evening, Matthew tried his hand at some moon photography.
Other happenings this week:
Mercy tried out some magnetic earrings and got two cavities filled.
Abraham tried out for the basketball team and got a haircut.
Dad and Hyrum resurrected the forge and made a few adjustments to it, and Hyrum went to an escape room with a few friends to celebrate Spencer's birthday.
I started working on a dress for Mercy's Halloween costume and did lots of cooking and prep for the family for while I'm gone.
