Girls Camp

I had two days at home to regroup (and dye Abraham's hair blue)...

...then I was off to girls camp!

They had a really awesome campsite reserved, but because of the fires they too had to make alternate arrangements. We ended up staying in a cabin in Angel Fire, which, while it wasn't camping, was its own kind of awesome. We stopped on the way up for a hike, spent an afternoon at the lake, and did a scenic chair lift ride on the way out.

There were crafts, and snacks, and devotionals, and movies, and scripture study, and hair braiding, and a zip line, and lot's of wildlife to enjoy. It was an unconventionally traditional girls camp, and I'm so glad I got to go. I think the world of these incredible young women and feel blessed to know them.
