There's not really much to report when looking back on April. We did home school and home church and otherwise stayed home. I went to Walmart and Sprouts once a week and nowhere else. Cassie's brother Alex and his wife came through for a night, and Karen stayed with us for a week. There was General Conference, Lucas was blessed, and we agreed to buy a dog. We had three birthdays and a wedding anniversary to celebrate, so that meant lots of delicious cake. Matthew and the kids spent most of the month obsessed with 3D printing minis and then painting them. I spent a good portion of my time making lots and lots of face masks. I sold 13 to Karen, made 14 for some ward members, and then stocked them on my Etsy shop where I've sold 18. Between Karen and Etsy, I've made about $300.
We had a snowy day in the middle of the month, then came the intense wind, and now at the end of the month we've turned on the air conditioning during the day and are sleeping with the windows open at night. It's a good thing the weather is changing because otherwise it would be difficult to mark the passage of time.

Mission prep:
Temples are all still closed, but I was contacted by someone through family search who is related to my great grandma and grandpa Hall who is a member of the church and wants to collaborate to extend what we know about their line. She shared some pictures and the resemblance is remarkable. I did start getting up and making exercise a bigger priority about mid-month. I've been switching off between cycling on the trainer and weights. Matthew and I also go for a walk every day. I've been a little sore, but it feels good to be pushing my body more. Family scripture study during the week is going great. It kind of falls apart on the weekends, but we're making progress. My personal scripture study is starting to feel a little routine and not quite as focused, but it's happening. I've completely forgotten about my 40 Fun Friday's. Everything shut down and so many plans had to get canceled. I want to get back into making some deliberate plans to have fun though, because I could use something beyond sleeping to look forward to.
