Today was the primary program. Mercy has been practicing her line every morning for nearly a month: Families can be stronger when they spend time together, like in Family Home Evening. She recited it perfectly. Abraham gave a talk about baptism and Hyrum read a long paragraph about Joseph Smith. Abraham sang every song enthusiastically, Mercy smiled and looked darling, but didn't really sing much, and Hyrum looked sullen and didn't sing at all.
