Jeb picked up Matthew, Sterling, and Jeff at 5:00 am this morning and they drove up to Cochiti Lake to set out trot lines and get in some morning fishing. The kids and I fulfilled our assignment to help clean the church, then drove up to the lake, arriving around lunch time. Hannah and Susan were already there with their kids. The children all played in the water for about five hours straight, and the men took turns going out on their boats to fish. Matthew caught two bass and a catfish, but Jeb and the others did much better and we are all looking forward to a good fish fry in the near future.
