Matthew's mom, dad, and sister met us at the Habanero house on Wednesday evening. It was nice to see a familiar face in an unfamiliar place. They stayed with us for two full days. Naomi and Sarah had lots of fun playing with the kids while Kip went out house hunting with us. We spent 5-6 hours Thursday, Friday, and Saturday afternoon looking at different houses. Albuquerque sure has a lot of variety. It's been a fascinating, exhausting experience seeing what is available and figuring out what is right for our family. On Friday morning (while I was at the temple!) Matthew and his dad drove by and checked out a house we had seen online. That evening, after touring neighborhoods with our realtor, Matthew took me by the same house. We asked to see it, so yesterday our realtor showed it to us. Within a few minutes we both felt like it was the one. We went home and prayed about it, and despite a number of concerns, we feel like this is the house the Lord would have us in and now is the time to have faith. We hope to submit an offer as early as tomorrow or Tuesday.

Good luck with the house!
So sad you have left Indiana. I bet I am the only one you know that thinks that Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Michigan are the absolute center of the universe!
