Monday was a normal day of work and school. I was also able to clean up and organize the music room, cleaning closet, and sewing room.
Tuesday was our 13th wedding anniversary. Matthew had lots of meetings at work and when I wasn't doing school with the kids I worked on cleaning our room and doing laundry. I also did some meal prep for Abraham's birthday and put up some fall decorations. We did have a delicious dinner of pork Pad Thai with dirt for dessert, but otherwise it looked a lot like every other day.
I finally succumbed to the kids' cold on Wednesday, and spent as much of the day as possible in bed. Matthew had a bunch of scrap wood that was too small to be useful, so that night we had a little bonfire.
We took the day off and celebrated 10 years of Abraham on Thursday.
Because we took Abraham's birthday off, we had school on Friday. We were able to take a 15 minute break in the morning to listen to a special message to the world from President Nelson. He spoke about the healing power of gratitude and I felt especially grateful for a living Prophet.
Today Matthew and I got all kinds of cleaning and organizing done. He worked in the garage and got it cleaner than it's ever been. He installed ten new lights and the shop is now so bright and shiny. As part of his great shop cleaning, he wanted to get some MDF out of the way, so he installed the molding inside the archway between the hall and great room. I finished cleaning our room, as well as the bathroom and my side of the closet. I also did a women's only race in Zwift.
