Week in Review

After church on Sunday we were invited to Jeb's for a wild game feast. Matt Reese harvested a deer on a recent hunt, and Jeb cooked up some of the meet for us. The Sterling Brown's were also there, as well as the Reese's, and my contribution was two pans of peach cobbler.

Monday I went on walk and lifted weights, then had lunch at Applebee's with Nancy. After lunch I went grocery shopping and worked on laundry.

The kids had running club on Tuesday morning. I mostly worked on odds and ends, cleaning up from the Kress' and getting ready for my mom. That evening the boys had cub scouts.

I helped Mercy's teacher for a couple hours on Wednesday morning. I put together data binders and stamped agendas. Lunch was under way when I finished, so I was able to spend a minute or two with Mercy and Abraham in the cafeteria. I love how Riker is photo bombing my selfie with Mercy. Afterwards I went to Sprouts.

I helped out with running club before school on Thursday, then went home and lifted weights and finished getting ready for Grandma J. She arrived around three in the afternoon. We had the missionaries over for dinner that night.

Matthew took Sterling to his appointment on Friday morning, while Grandma J and I volunteered with the Jog-a-thon at the kids' school. Matthew took an hour trying to diagnose a problem with Nancy's car, then my Mom and I wandered around Old Town for a bit. In the evening we got pizza and sherbet and watched She Ra. After the kids went to bed, Matthew and I watched the latest Men in Black movie.

The boys had karate this morning, then in the afternoon Spencer came here and Abraham and Mercy went to the Jensen's. In the evening, Matthew had D&D.
