Last Monday I went on my 80 mile ride.
On the 6th Diane came over and we made all the pinwheels for the ward party, then I blogged and caught up on my Monday chores.
On the 7th Hannah and I rode the Bosque, then that evening Matthew went to his cub scout committee meeting.
On the 8th I spent most of the morning sewing, rode on the trainer, and that night Matthew hosted his fantasy book group.
On the 9th I rode in the morning and in the evening we tended the Jensen kids so Becky and Daniel could go to the temple.
Saturday morning we went to set up tables and decorate for the Chili cook-off, in the afternoon we went to Guitar Center where the Matthew bought a microphone stand the kids played on the drums. That night was the ward party.
Sunday I went to church alone and Matthew stayed home with runny nosed children.
Monday Matthew stayed home sick, but I was still able to get all my normal Monday chores done.
I rode the trainer on Tuesday morning, then Mercy and I gave Stacie a ride to the clinic. Matthew came home early from work not feeling well.
I rode alone on the Bosque on Wednesday while Mercy played at Mindy's house. That night I met up with Hannah, Mindy, Trisha, Lindsey, Diane, Becky, and Ashley for dessert and sweet potato fries at Flying Star Cafe.
Thursday Mercy and I went to play group at the park, but I wasn't feeling great so we came home after only 45 minutes and I napped while Mercy watched way too many episodes of My Little Pony in Spanish. I got a couple hours of sewing in after lunch then Matthew came home and changed the oil in the Highlander.
Yesterday was Matthew's day off, but he had things that needed to get done, so he went into work. I still wasn't feeling top notch, but there were errands to run, so after bathing Mercy and myself we headed out to Performance Bicycle, Sandia Credit Union, Jo-Ann Fabrics, and Hobby Lobby. Matthew partied with the kids in the evening while I went to the Temple.
I had made plans to ride with Hannah this morning, but I was up with each child at least once in the night, and by 4:00 am really wasn't feeling great, so I canceled my biking plans and slept in until nearly 9:00 am which is practically unheard of for me. I did venture out to Quilt Works in search of some rather specific fabric, but otherwise we all just hung out at home and had a play day. Matthew got Minecraft working on several computers and the Jolley boys came over in the afternoon to play. I went with Mindy to look at a house they are thinking of buying and then we just sat around and chatted for a while. After the kids were in bed, Matthew went to play D&D and I watched a couple episodes of Supergirl then went to bed.
