Breakfast with the Braums

Our big chunky high chair has served us well, but with no carpet to hinder them, the boys have decided their new favorite game is to push Abraham's seat back and forth between the kitchen and play room. Plus, with the addition of cabinets and Catherine's table using space differently, the chair just didn't have a good place to live and was constantly in my way. We decided we wanted a smaller booster seat that could just go on one of the four table chairs. We had our eye on one for when we could redeem some credit card points and get several Amazon gift cards, but Matthew's home teaching companion had one they weren't using and said we could borrow. We LOVE it! Abraham seems thrilled with it too, and will sit in it much longer than he would in the other seat.

Yesterday, while I was dealing with a potty training accident, Braums managed to pull Hyrum's bowl of oatmeal off the table and went to town. He looked so pleased with himself for being such a big boy and eating out of a bowl with a spoon. It seems like he's doing so many things months ahead of when Hyrum did. Perhaps my memory is skewed, but my baby is just growing up so fast that I can hardly keep up with him.

That's the only high chair we've ever used. We love it and it's versatility :) Also, I love Muppet Christmas Carol and made my girls watch it. Plus, also, I love you!
