Next to seeing so much family, perhaps the very best part of being in Utah was the proximity to so many temples. I was able to attend the Oquirrh Mountain Temple three times during our stay, twice with Matthew. What a blessing!
Hyrum loves looking at pictures of the temple, so for Family Home Evening we took the boys downtown to see the Salt Lake Temple. Hyrum was very excited and ran up the stairs to touch the big front doors. He reached up to the door knob and asked me so sincerely, "Mama, open the Temple." I was filled with the Spirit which testified to me that the Temple truly is the house of the Lord and that the sealing powers exercised therein have bound me to my family forever. I am grateful that some day my sweet little two year old will grow up and have the opportunity to enter that sacred building and receive all the blessings I now enjoy.

Wow, three times, that is impressive, jealous really. It has been far too long after this baby for me.
I love that picture...and that story...it just melts my heart!
