Hyrum loves his Auntie Sarah. Nearly every morning he would see her bedroom door closed and say, "Sarah sleeping". On occasion we'd let him go in and wake her up. If she was off with friends he'd search the house saying, "I need Sarah". She did a great job with the boys and I'm sad we don't live closer so they could really get to know each other. I really enjoyed hanging out with Sarah as well. I think she's turning into a beautiful young women who is tons of fun.
Matthew's cousins Carolynn and Cassie are two of my favorite people. Carolynn is down to earth and so much fun. She makes me laugh and inspires me in her straight forward approach to Gospel living. I would be willing to live in Utah just so our boys could grow up together.
Everybody needs a Cassie. Kids love her on sight and she makes me smile just being around her. Our first outing with these fantastic girls was to the rec center swimming pool. It was Hyrum's first real experience in a big pool and he was very unsure of the whole thing. He held onto Cassie for dear life and didn't let her go for at least half an hour. She was very patient with him and it was nearly impossible to drag him out of the water when it was time to go. Cassie is nearing the end of High School and I really think she should pursue her higher education at Purdue. We would definitely make room for her!
