we've had some CRAZY WEATHER this week.

We actually only got about 7 inches of snow, but we sure got a lot of ICE and boy was it COLD. Purdue (along with pretty much the rest of the county) was closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Matthew and Hyrum had some good times sledding* and we all enjoyed staying warm inside with hot chocolate and movies.
*I have to note a disclaimer, that I was not actually involved in the sledding. Matthew said that people assume the picture taker is also a participant and that it would be misleading if I did not state otherwise. Also of note, the snow you see my boys standing on is several inches deep. Everything was just so frozen that a full grown man could walk across the lawn and not make a dent in it.

CRAZY!! I've been worried about Dylan tracting in all that snow in Wisconsin, yuck!
Anyway, I think it's funny #7 is gone...I miss it...he he he!
No, no. I too just go out to take the pictures, even though Grant tries to persuade me to join in on the snow fun. I like Hyrum's little snow suit.
Yay for snow! We rarely go out in the snow because we have no snow gear (boots, pants, etc.). Can you believe it? I'm not a fan of the cold either, but the hot chocolate sounds so good!
For me, who just can't stand the snow and complains about it all the time and dreads it every year, I was going through my blog and my favorite and most beautiful pictures are the ones in the snow. Snow pictures are just so cool!
