Hog tied and an empty underwear drawer

There's something about unfolded laundry that creates a vaccuum which sucks in every second of free time. Dishes multiply faster, travel time takes longer, and food just doesn't cook as fast. I will feel no peace until my underwear is back in my drawer and out of my living room.

The unfolded laundry vaccuum is an interesting phenomenon. It sucks away time where there normally would be an excess, and spits it out where one expects to be busy. Work has been pretty slow this week, which makes the days drag a bit. There's only so much blogging you can do when every doctor and nurse who walks by can see exactly what's on your computer screen. Our nights are full though. Wednesday we go to an Institute class, then last night we went to a lecture by the former Austronomer Royal from England. It was interesting. Tonight we're going to a play Sarah (Matthew's little sister) is in. I've never been to one of those classic elementary school productions before, so I'm pretty excited. Tomorrow we have a wedding reception to attend, then house cleaning and grocery shopping. Saturday the whole family is going skiing. More about that when we return.

And finally, for your amusement, here is a picture. Other than the fact I was hog tied with my own belt and masked by my own sweater, Matthew was kind in leaving me a hole through which to breath and placing a book under my head. What a thoughtful man I've married.

So he tied you up? Holding for ransom is he? Um, is that picture taken in your apt? Ugly linoleum. Yuck. I thought ours was bad. I am sorry for you. And that ceder chest looks like my parents too.
