I am SO not pregnant!
We want a big family and 7 sounds like a great number, but I've got my hands full with just these three for the time being.
Matthew added the Number 7 page up top, perhaps because I was sad that nobody seems to make comments anymore and he was attempting to elicit some curiosity. I know I haven't posted a ton lately, but not that much less than usual.
In other news, I'll be a single mom for a week while Matthew is in Chicago for some training. I guess if I survived seven weeks with him in Europe, I can do six days with him only one time zone away. Still I'm not especially excited about it, mostly because the kids are still sick. Abraham picked up Hyrum's awful cough and Hyrum has a super sore bum (due to a terrible diaper rash caused, I think, by his antibiotics). Despite his cough and pitiful raspy cry, Abraham is sleeping really well and has been pretty happy. Hyrum on the other hand...
Any suggestions on what to do with a not feeling so great, whiny two year old in 20 degree weather?

Spankings....I always liked them.
watch lots of disney movies curled up in a blanket
My mom has always said to just take it one baby at a time... unless you happen to get twins! I was baby number 7 and I brought number 8 along with me. I'm sure you are doing a WONDERFUL job! I agree with the disney movie watching and cuddling. Some days are just that way.
I wish I had advice. Actually I wish you lived closer and I could help and/or be company as a single mom for the week.
Hehe I know about the lack of comment thing. Sometimes I am not sure why it gets to me either.
When Alexis is really sick, she just kind of acts very calm and and is actually easier than usual--unless she gets an ear infection. I like to watch her sleep and play with her hair and spoil her with popsicles.
You would be surprised, probably, how many people read your blog who don't leave comments.
While Matthew is gone, put your kids to bed early (if you can get away with it) and watch some sappy chick-flicks and eat brownies for dinner. Lexi is easy to feed, so sometimes I like the guilt free scrounging for dinner when hubby isn't there. The end.
Thanks for inviting me!
I know how you feel. My mom doesn't even leave comments on my blog anymore. Sad but true.
