A busy week for everyone

I've had a number of opportunities lately to reevaluate my priorities and asses how I use my time. I am so grateful that I have the Gospel in my life and that it helps me know what I should do. We've had a lot going on lately. I am still tending a little girl about Hyrum's age, and that is going well. On Thursday I went to Columbia Park in Lafayette with a couple women in the ward and their babies. There's a sweet little zoo that's free and we had a lovely time. Thursday night there was a big ward enrichment and that was fun too. Friday our ward had a big country fair themed activity which was a lot of fun. A neighbor friend we made while living at the duplex, along with her 4 kids, came with us to the activity and I think they really enjoyed themselves. Yesterday was our stake Temple day, so we drove up to Chicago to participate in that. They arranged baby sitting, so Matthew and I were able to do a session together for the first time since we moved here and that was really great. Today I taught Relief Society and the lesson was on becoming saviors on mount Zion by doing temple work for our dead. I am inspired to do more work for the salvation of my ancestors and have the goal to start doing some genealogy this week. Matthew's school is going well and Hyrum is super happy. Hijo cut his first tooth this past week, so that's exciting. I did finally find the cord to the camera and am working on getting some pictures in jpg form to post. I promise they are forthcoming!
